Chuck Bond, President and CEO
In February of 2000, Chuck Bond formed COKeM International, growing the company from $16 million the first year to its current status as the most prosperous value video game distributor in the country.
Prior to COKeM, Mr. Bond served as the President of GT Interactive's
Value Division, where he was instrumental in the development and marketing
of Deer
Hunter, the infamous game that launched the hunting game genre.
GT Interactive (Infogrames/Atari) bought Mr. Bond's first company, Slash
Corporation, a high-velocity distribution company. At Slash, Mr. Bond
invented the concept of licensing software back catalog titles, manufacturing
more than five million units, and developing a patented bundling concept.
Prior to entering the gaming and computer software industry, Mr. Bond served as VP of Marketing at Lieberman Enterprises, Controller at Navarre Corporation, where he established the Computer Software Division, and in senior accounting positions at Pillsbury Company.
Paul Eibeler, Chairman
Mr. Eibeler leads COKeM's efforts to establish itself as the most influential and successful distribution service company in the gaming industry. Prior to joining COKeM, Mr. Eibeler served as CEO of Take 2, overseeing its growth from $250 million to over $1.5 billion, with titles such as Grand
Theft Auto, Midnight Club, Bioshock, NBA 2K, MLB 2K, Max Payne, Carnival
Games and Civilization. Mr. Eibeler serves as chairman of Viking Products, and provides advisory/consulting services for several game companies and the Endeavor Agency.
Scott M Johnson, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Johnson heads enhancement of COKeM's financial and information systems disciplines, enabling profitable growth since joining COKeM in 2002. Highlights of his career include seven years on the audit team of Ernst & Young earning his CPA certification, and as senior executive of both public and privately held businesses, serving as President, C.O.O. & C.F.O. of Drew Pearson Marketing.
Jon Halper, VP Procurement
Mr. Halper's buying proficiency ensures COKeM's video game portfolio remains the industry's very best. Mr. Halper joined COKeM in August 2008 and oversees purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships. Prior to COKeM, Mr. Halper held management positions at Target and Wilsons Leather, where he also served as a corporate attorney. In addition, he created and owned a chain of successful restaurants in Minneapolis.
Joe Rehak, VP Operations
Mr. Rehak's drive for operational excellence, since joining COKeM in 2001, has culminated in an industry-leading reputation. Mr. Rehak oversees COKeM's logistics, fulfillment, e-store services, warehousing and assembly operations. Prior to COKeM, he held VP of Operations positions at Zomax Inc. and Padco, Inc. in Minneapolis, and corporate management positions at Heavy Diesel, Inc. in Dallas and Dealers Manufacturing in Sioux Falls.
Donna Walden, VP Marketing
Ms. Walden leads COKeM's efforts to cultivate its reputation as the industry's leader in creative and merchandising. She joined Mr. Bond at COKeM's inception in 2000, immediately establishing COKeM as the creative force it is today. Prior to COKeM, Ms. Walden held senior marketing and management positions at GT Interactive, Slash Corporation, Zomax Incorporated, T.E. Associates and Control Data Corporation in Minneapolis.
